Home Delivery:
- Step 1. A Customer Books a Wash with your Laundry through the Home Delivery Option.
- Step 2. You receive a message through SMS / Email / Push Notification (through our mobile app).
- Step 3. You contact the customer and fix a pick up date and time.
- Step 4. You Pick up - Wash and Deliver back their clothes.
For every customer lead generated, the laundry pays Wish2Wash a fee according to the minimum billing plan you have selected.

Self drop discount
OFFERING A DISCOUNT TO CUSTOMERS WHO WILL DROP OFF THEIR LAUNDRY BY THEMSELVES Wish 2 Wash

Self Drop Discount:
The customer will drop off their clothes to your Laundry for a discount offered by you.
- Step 1. Customer buys a discount coupon from Wish2Wash.
- Step 2. Customer drops off their clothes along with the discount coupon.
- Step 3. You validate the unique coupon code with Wish2Wash at the time of billing. (The procedure to validate the coupon code will be shared with you once you are selected.)

Hot Offer is a promotional offer where the Laundry gives unbelievable discounts. These offers will run for a short period of time, on select days or festivals. Wish2Wash will come up with exciting offers and schemes based on important dates and events. The scheme / offer will need to be approved by you so we can send bulk customers to you during that period. These offers could run across multiple laundries OR with just you. In case you want to do something special for your customers on your anniversary for example, you create your own offer and Wish2Wash will advertise it.
- Step 1. Customer buys a discount coupon from Wish2Wash.
- Step 2. Customer drops off their clothes along with the discount coupon.
- Step 3. You validate the unique coupon code with Wish2Wash at the time of billing. (The procedure to validate the coupon code will be shared with you once you are selected.)

There will be a service charge for Hot Offers created by the Laundry.

In order to register your ("You") laundry and dry cleaning services with 2to3 Clicks Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated under Indian laws, for visibility on our website http://www.wish2wash.com/biz/ ("Website"/"wish2wash"/"Us"/"Our"/"We"), You are required to pass the enrolment process by completing this application form ("Application Form").

You hereby agree, acknowledge, undertake and warrant the following:

Your application constitutes a binding offer to wish2wash and you are willing to register yourself to enlist your services on the Website (subject to clearing the enrolment process);
You are and have been a Laundry and Dry Cleaner ("LDC") in the business of providing laundry and dry cleaning services to customers.
You have the requisite power and authority to enter into contracts in accordance with applicable laws, and if You are submitting this Application Form on behalf of a company, limited liability partnership or other legal entity, You have the authority to bind such entity to the Terms and Conditions set out herein under, and in such event, "You", "Your" and "LDC" as used in these terms and conditions shall refer to such entity;
All information provided by You in this Application Form, and as may be provided by You on Our request is and shall be true, correct, complete and accurate in all respects. Your application (i) is not prohibited by any law or regulation, or facilitates the violation of any law or regulation; and/or (ii) will not disrupt the rights of any third parties; and/or (iii) will not violate, conflict with or cause a material default under any other contract, agreement, indenture, decree, judgment, undertaking, conveyance, lien or encumbrance to which You are party or by which Your property is or may become subject or bound;
The mere submission of this Application Form by You will not constitute an automatic enrolment with wish2wash and We reserve the free and unfettered right to reject any application, without according any reasons whatsoever. In the event that Your application is so rejected, wish2wash shall be entitled to keep you on its record and offer you the option to enrol as an when the opportunity arises;
Your clearance of Our enrolment process (as may be amended from time to time) will be determined by Us in our sole discretion, and We reserves the right to amend the requirements of applying and enrolling with wish2wash at any time without any liability whatsoever;
Upon Your successful clearance of Our enrolment process, You will receive an automated message from wish2wash accepting your application and clearing You for the further process. Thereafter, You will be required to execute an agreement that will govern the terms and conditions on which you will be entitled to feature on our Website. Your failure to execute this agreement within the specified timelines in the format acceptable to wish2wash will automatically invalidate Your Application Form and suspend Your enrolment process;
Your information will be collected and used by Us in compliance with the Privacy Policy as set out on our Website and as may be amended from time to time. Such information may be disclosed to third parties on a need- to- know basis;
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold Us harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fee) arising on Us in any way including but not limited to on account of (a) Your breach of applicable laws, and/or (b) Your breach of these Terms and Conditions, and/or (c) Your breach of any applicable related third party contracts or terms of service, and/or (d) Your representations pertaining to Your services on the Website;
You acknowledge that neither wish2wash nor any of its directors, shareholders or other representatives shall be liable to You under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from or arise out of Your application or enrolment with Wish2Wash and Your ability or inability to use the Website;
You will not disclose any confidential information made available to You pursuant to Your enrolment and you will protect the privacy rights of users and customers of the Website;
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of India and the courts of Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction;
In the event of a change of contact details provided by you in the Application Form, You will notify wish2wash in writing.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, You covenant that You have carefully read, appropriately interpreted and fully understood the Terms and Conditions contained herein and unconditionally agree to be bound by them in a true and bonafide manner.
